NBM MARKETPLACE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

By accessing or using NBM Marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This applies to all users, including buyers, sellers, and administrators. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Sellers must undergo verification to access full platform features and receive direct payments.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
• Users agree to notify NBM Marketplace immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
• All activity under a user account is the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Payment and Escrow

• All transactions are processed through NBM Payments Secure System.
• Verified sellers receive payment after buyer confirms delivery.
• Unverified sellers’ payments remain pending until buyer approval.
• Buyers are protected by escrow until delivery confirmation.
• NBM Marketplace is not responsible for any transaction outside the platform.

5. Product Listings and Store Management

• Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Each product will have a unique ID within the system.
• Sellers may create and manage their stores within the platform.
• Buyers may ask questions and negotiate with sellers within the platform only.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping must be managed via the NBM Shipping system.
• Sellers must provide tracking information where applicable.
• Delivery status is used to release escrow payments to sellers.
• NBM Marketplace is not liable for shipping delays due to third-party carriers.

7. Communication Policy

• All communication between buyers and sellers must occur inside the platform.
• Users are strictly prohibited from conducting transactions or sharing payment details outside NBM Marketplace.
• Messages may be logged for verification and dispute resolution purposes.

8. NBM Academy

• Users enrolling in NBM Academy courses must adhere to course rules.
• Access to course content is limited to registered users.
• Sharing course content outside the platform is prohibited.
• Progress, quizzes, and certificates are tracked and recorded.

9. Returns, Defective Products & Compensation

1.     Wrong or Defective Products:

• If a buyer receives a product that is defective or different from what was ordered, the buyer has the right to request a replacement.
• The seller is responsible for all shipping costs of the replacement.

2.     Buyer Declines Replacement:

• If the buyer declines to replace the product, the Seller is entitled to 10% of the original payment as compensation from Buyer
• The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs if the product needs to be returned to the seller.

3.     Acceptance of Defective Product:

• If the buyer accepts a defective or different product, the seller must pay 10% of the original payment to the buyer as compensation.

4.     Verification & Approval:

• All return, refund, or compensation cases must be verified by NBM staff or agreed upon between the buyer and seller within the platform.
• Escrow will remain pending until verification or agreement is completed.
• The decision of NBM staff is final in case of disputes.

5.     Escrow Protection:

• Funds held in escrow will not be released to the seller until verification or agreement is completed.
• The system will show statuses such as:
• “Payment Pending – Return/Dispute Open”
• “Payment Pending – Compensation Processing”

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Post misleading or false information
• Attempt to hack or disrupt platform operations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

NBM Marketplace reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content deemed inappropriate or illegal
• Withhold pending payments if a dispute arises

12. Liability

• NBM Marketplace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users conduct transactions at their own risk.
• The platform provides a secure system but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of issues from third-party services.

13. Amendments

• NBM Marketplace may modify these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
